Overview
DEPARTING FROM COZUMEL Ferry pier at 6:00 am, please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Upon arrival at the Playa Del Carmen ferry, you will meet your guide at the passenger ferry from Playa. There is a specific place, contact us before the tour! They will have your name and we’ve sent your picture so you can see it on their phone to verify the correct information. They will have your information. There is a/c transportation waiting for you to take you to the pier (about a 40-minute ride) and you will board a fast boat to Isla Mujeres. Upon return, you will be instructed to get Transportation again provided to the ferry in Playa Del Carmen ... But not ferry tickets. You may want to buy one way each time as there is more than one ferry operator.

Remember to bring or wear to the excursion
The park is now plastic-free so NO bottles are allowed. You must bring your bottle or cylinder but no plastic, ALL Water will be refillable on board. There is no charge. However, if you don’t have this ... Cylinders will be available for purchase onboard. Also, only “Reef Safe” biodegradable sunscreen is allowed. Strict new policy.

Prices that are excluded
Ferry boat transportation is $24-$30 round trip USD per person if departing from Cozumel. Gratuities for the staff - we suggest a 20% tip based on service and experience but it is optional. ADD $15 pp marine park fee must be paid in cash separately. And any use of a credit card 20% additional fee.
Itinerary
Our certified guides will pick you up at Senor Frogs outside by the entrance this is the last place right after exiting the ferry - you will see them with the Whale Shark Encounter Tshirt. Only respond to them no other person !!!

Our transport has A/C, which will make the trip to the maritime terminal Punta Sam comfortable and pleasant

The guides will give a briefing on the whale shark swim.

Upon arrival at the terminal, we will have a small continental breakfast, before boarding the boat. (It is recommended to eat lightly)

We will sail to the whale shark sighting area which is approximately 40 to 60 minutes.

Upon arrival, at the place, our guide will give instructions on how the operation will be for snorkeling with the whale shark.

Our clients will always be accompanied by a certified guide.

It is required to wear a life jacket one will be furnished.

Later we will go to a reef to do a short snorkel swim, where you can see the marine fauna of the surroundings of Isla Mujeres. (With a swim of approximately 20 min)

Finally, we will arrive at Playa Norte, where our crew will delight you with a delicious feast, consisting of fresh Ceviche and Guacamole.
